One Potato Two Potato Recipes

  • potato 1 kg
  • salt 1 n half tsp


  1. cut potato in medium size finger ,soak in salted water ,boil half done . Heat oil, deep fry fingers on high flame till crisps. remove and serve with sauce of your choice..


  • imlee juice half cup
  • ketchup 2tbsp
  • chilli pwd half tsp
  • sugar 3 tbsp

  1. cook all together till thick. remove pour over fries and serve.


  • chaat masala 1tsp
  • tatri pwd half tsp
  • chilli pwd half tsp
  1. mix all together .sprinkle over hot fries and serve.


  • mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • vinegar 1tsp
  • garlic paste half tsp
  1. mix together. pour over fries and serve.


  • cream cheez 3-4 tbsp
  • mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  1. mix together. pour over fries and serve.


  • chicken wings 1 kg
  • salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • garlic 1tsp
  • chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • chilli pwd 1 1/2 tsp
  • soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • corn flour as required to roll

chilli nuggets

  • chicken mince half kg
  • bread slice 2
  • salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • green chillies finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • garlic 1 tbsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • eggs for coating
  • bread crumbs for coating


  1. mix all above ingredients and keep a side for half an hour. make inthe shape of nuggets. dip in eggs then roll in bread crumbs . deep fry in hot oil…


  • burger buns 4
  • chicken mince half kg
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • white pepper 1 tsp
  • woostershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • egg 2 beaten
  • bread slice 2 soaked
  • bread crumbs as required , cabbage, mayonnaise , tomato slice , cheese slice


  1. mix all ablve ingredients .. make in shape of patty ..dip in beaten eggs , then roll in bread crumbs , and shallow fry till golden brown.
  2. heat buns apply mayonnaise ,put patty ,cabbage ,tomato . top with cheese slice then again apply 1 tsp of mayonnaise.. cover with the top portion of bun . serve with
  3. Worcestershire sauce


  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 pinches chilli powder
  • 3 ozs Soya sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 8 ozs vinegar


  1. Liquidise or process the ingredients together until smooth and store in an airtight bottle. Shake well before use.

cheese Dressing

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 4 ozs cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Mash cheese in buttermilk until the mixture resembles cottage cheese. Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. This is a great salad dressing or dip for vegetables and its consistency is not too thick.

Tartar Sauce


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1½ tbsp chopped onion
  • 2½ tbsp sweet pickle, finely chopped


  1. In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients until well mixed. Refrigerate in airtight container if not using immediately.

basic white sauce

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 600 ml milk
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, remove from heat and add flour while stirring as lumps will not form this way. Cook for one minute while stirring constantly. Gradually blend in the milk and bring to a boil, stirring until it thickens. Season to taste.

Mexican Tomato Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste


  1. Put the tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes. Take out the skin and chop them. Heat oil and fry the onion for a minute. Add the green chilli and fry again for a few seconds. Add tomatoes, chilli powder, oregano, sugar and salt. Remove from flame and use as required. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Uses of Worcestershire sauce
Worcester goes well with red meat, cheese, and tomato. You can use it in spaghetti sauces, meat stews and marinades, soups, and sprinkled on cheese on toast or omelette as they’re cooking.

Chili Garlic Sauce


  • ½ cup tomato catch-up
  • 1 tsp garlic chutney


  1. Mix the ingredients well to make a sauce.

french dressing

  • Makes about 4 cups
  • 8 tbsp salad oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (optional) – crushed
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optiona)
  1. Whisk or shake all the ingredients together seasoning with sugar (optional). Serve as required


  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of ground red pepper
  1. Combine all in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat stirring
  2. occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncoveres 40 minutes. Stir occasionally
