Easy Aloo Shami Kabab Recipe

Aloo shami kabab recipe, This recipe is likely shami kabab we add potatoes for give different taste to it.It’s like by mostly people in Pakistan.

 

Use Ingredients List:

 

  • Salt as you required
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 4-5 pieces of potatoes
  • 1 cup of channay ki daal
  • Black Cardmom (Bari Illaichi)
  • 3-4 pieces of Clove (long)
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon peel
  • Garlic
  • 10-12 red chilli
  • 1 inch piece cinnamon
  • saffron a few strands
  • 2-3 teaspoon of Coriander leaves which is cut
  • 3-4 of green cardamom (green Illiachi)
  • 1 teaspoon of cut green chillies (sabz mirch)
  • A few drops of kewra
  • 2 teaspoon of cut onion

Preparation Steps:

 

  1. Peel,wash and boil potatoes with chana dal,garlic,cumin,black pepper,dry red chili,black cardamom,green cardamom,salt,clove and cinnamon all together till chana dal becomes soft but not placid.
  2. The water level is 1 inch high above the all ingredients.
  3. Now grind the all ingredients witnout adding water and check salt.
  4. After that in paste add chopped chili,onion,coriander leaves,kewra,saffron and also lemon juice.Make small balls like you made aloo tikki.
  5. Now heat oil and these balls fry them till they become golden brown and serve with pudina chutney.

Note: If the paste become too soft add some roasted gram flour.
