Chicken Cheese Cutlets


  • 1/2 kg Potatoes
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 5 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Oil for frying


  1. Boil potatoes, peel and mash smoothly
  2. Boil chicken and shred finely
  3. Chop onions, capsicum and green chillies very finely
  4. Heat 2 table spoon oil in pan, add cumin seeds and roast little
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped chillies and onion and stir fry
  6. When it is half done, add chopped capsicum and cook again till raw smell ends
  7. Now add mash potatoes, chicken, garam masala powder, and salt
  8. Fry for half a minute
  9. Remove from the fire and let it cool completely
  10. Now add grated cheese into the mixture and make small balls
  11. Dip the balls into the egg and coat with bread crumbs
  12. Shallow fry these balls
  13. Chicken cheese cutlets are ready to serve hot
